Please do not distract or talk to the driver while vehicle
is in motion.
Anyone not wearing a seatbelt properly secured will not be
allowed to travel. We are not responsible for anyone not wearing a seatbelt at
all times.
No alcohol to be brought into any vehicle, open or sealed.
Any passenger who consumes alcoholic beverages or smokes
and/or is disruptive will be removed from the vehicle and forfeit their ticket.
Different types & sizes of vehicles are used, determined
by the amount of passengers. There is a 4 person minimum to run a trip.
We are not responsible for delays. The travel time is an
estimate, which can be extended by traffic, weather, or problems beyond our
control.
We are not liable for theft or damage to any possessions
left inside the vehicle or damage to luggage (they are stacked) or any
breakable goods.
Schedules are subject to change and demand.
Reservations are made online or by phone by credit/debit
card.
No refunds, credit for future trips only.
To receive credit you must call to cancel by phone at least
4 hours before scheduled departure time.
Credit cards cannot be accepted in the vehicle.
Credit can be used for any of the locations that we service
year-round for the same value, space permitting.
To reserve a seat we need: Name, number of tickets, home,
work, cell, and lodging numbers, departure/destination locations and travel
dates/times.
A $70 administration fee will be charged for all declined
debit cards, credit cards, bad checks, charge backs and any theft of service
recovery.
Credit card holder is financially responsible for any
interior damage to vehicles caused by their passengers.
Be aware that there may be cancellations by the ferries due
to hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, rough sea, fog or mechanical problems
beyond their control.
Please don’t buy your ferry tickets until we confirm the
details, we may need to change the travel times/locations determined by the
weather, scheduling issues or situations beyond our control.
If you have a reservation to/from the Block Island Ferry or
Martha’s Vineyard Ferry and the ferry is cancelled (or might get canceled) due
to weather conditions, call us to reserve for the next available scheduled
departure. Schedules and locations change daily, special pick-up or drop off
arrangements are guaranteed on original dates only, but we will try to
accommodate you if possible. There are no refunds for weather related delays,
postponements or cancellations.
We meet the most popular ferry times for Martha’s Vineyard
and Block Island. Newport is on the same schedule. The Newport location is in
Wickford, RI if there are less than three passengers.
